We take an integrated approach to solving the sports performance puzzle.  Dr. Curtis Borchardt, DPT, and Recovery Enhancement Specialist Emily Blurton work with Susan to thoroughly assess and develop training and recovery programs that respect athletes' past and current health histories.  Pilates and pliability training is an integral piece of our training philosophy, and we've teamed with Brooke Tyler of CoreSelf to create customized Pilates sequences for our athletes.
